This range can move along the profile easily and offer a wide range of automated functions. It can process I andH beams, channels and flat bars, angle irons, channel, rectangular tubes, square tubes, and T bars respectively. Automated processing of already assembled metal profiles is possible without the need for programming.

The Advantage-2 is powered 25 HP (18.5 kW), Siemens spindlemotors. It comes with 3 drill spindles and 5-station tool changers. This powerful drilling technology allows you to maximize your operating time and drill hole performance.

The Franklin HD145 (3) spindle CNC drill, with 44-inch width capacity. The HD-145 handles beams up to 750 lbs per foot. The hi-performance spindle design provides drilling capabilities up to 2,000 RPM. This rigid design provides extremely aggressive feed rates up to 300 surface feet per minute. The Franklin HD145 can be provided with several material handling packages from 300 lbs per foot, to 750 lbs per foot.

CNC Drill Lines can be used to drill holes in any type of material. CNC Drill Line was built to be universally used and therefore only utilizes components from top manufacturers. Many of these components can be obtained locally. Voortman always has spare parts available for next-day delivery within the USA. We offer support and local service in many of our overseas destinations.

The CNC Drill Line can be operated easily and Avenger operators are the ones who lay out the floor. You don't need any prior computer knowledge and are given full training at the time of installation.

If a CNC drill machine doesn't allow a fabricator the ability to compete at the highest level in steel fabrication, what good is it? The Advantage-2 is able to process technical programming with intelligence and speed. Each drill axis comes equipped with three five station tool changers. These can be used to drill, mill and countersink as well as tap and scribe. Signoscript underside or Signomat part stamping units can be added to this drill line. You can keep your part information even after you have finished painting, blasting, or galvanizing. Minimizing shop errors? Check. The Advantage-2's carbide tooling allows for more aggressive drilling and more holes per hour than any other drill line. The high torque drilling tools have a more aggressive cut, removing more chips each rotation. This drill line is capable of cutting through beams, channels, angles, tubes, and even flat bars. Advantage-2 can handle any profile with a processing window of 44inches wide by 18inches high.

MultMaster is an extension to the Roller Feed measurement systems. It can perform small-sized cuts that would otherwise need manual positioning. This accessory automates the processing of short residual sections on a Voortman drill-saw tandem system, allowing for quick and easy material processing.
